Meeting Minutes
April 4, 2009
Moose Lodge,
State Coordinator Glen Fiebig called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. Roll call was taken. Districts represented: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31 and 32.
Motion to approve the meeting minutes of November 16, 2008 was made by District 17. Second by District 12. Motion passed
Motion to approve the finance report dated April 4, 2009 was made by District 32. Second by District 30. Report attached.
OLD BUSINESS
A revised state tournament rotation schedule was distributed by James Burns. Tournament locations were changed for the years 2011 to 2014 to provide a state championship in each level of play for each section. Motion to accept the revised schedule was made by District 30. Second by District 14. The motion passed. The revised schedule is posted on the state web site tournament page.
NEW BUSINESS
Printed tournament packets were distributed and state tournament sites were reviewed.

Next meeting was set for Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. The site will be announced.
Motion to adjourn by District 17. Second by District 19. Motion passed.
